2011 Sister Hooves Sessions are now in progress!!!
Sister Hooves is a program designed for children looking to experience all aspects of the barn and horseback riding. This a great program for beginners not quite sure if they want to enter the sport or for those almost ready to lease or show who just need more barn time. This program is designed to be flexible and progressive. Parents can pick the days and times that their children attend, and as students grow and become more independent, rates for attendance are reduced.
All of our "Big Sisters" are outstanding students and active members of the community. They teach skills such as horsemanship, riding, care of horse, and parts of tack. Outside of horsemanship, many students often bring homework and are tutored as part of their time after school.
